How come when I download an anime episode It only shows the audio not the actual video?

I know only certain files work with vegas but the file DOES work with vegas , but it only shows audio?

Why are the more Shugo Chara episodes than manga chapters?

From what I can tell, no website has more than the first 20 manga chapters, but there are 44 anime episodes out so far. Why is this? Is it just human error that most chapters haven’t been translated yet, or have the anime and manga diverged (like Full Metal Alchemist). From what i know, the manga started before the anime, so it doesn’t make sense to me.
